Cardiology Visit 12.18.13

A little blurry...but a happy guy! 

Koal had his cardiology appointment this morning with Dr. Shah here in Kansas City at Children's Mercy. Little man was a trooper as we waited and waited and WAITED in the office to have his echo done, as well as hear from the doc concerning results. We are SO THANKFUL for a good appointment and great news this morning.  Things haven't really changed, and Dr. Shah is very please with how Koal's heart and all test results look! The pressure gradients in and surrounding Koal's heart haven't worsened in nearly 6 months, and his heart function and EKG results continue to look good. Praise God!!  We will return in 3 months to continue monitoring things, but we are so relieved we don't have to plan another trip to Boston for another major heart surgery in the immediate future. THANK YOU for all of your prayers, support and encouragement...we are so grateful for every one of you.
